Tecnai G2 F20 U-TWIN场发射透射电子显微镜技术应用案例

Tecnai G2 F20 U-TWIN场发射透射电子显微镜是北京纳米科学大型仪器区域中心国家纳米科学中心的大型仪器设备,是由美国FEI公司生产的,最高加速电压200 kV,Schottky热场发射电子枪,点分辨率 0.19 nm,具有电子束亮度高,束斑尺寸小,相干性好,分辨率高,综合分析能力强等特色。该仪器配备有美国Gatan公司的GIF Tridiem能量过滤成像系统及894 CCD相机、美国EDAX公司X射线能谱仪、数字化扫描附件及高角环形暗场探头等附件,适用于观察各种材料的微观结构并对样品进行纳米尺度的微区分析,功能包括:形貌观察,高分辨电子显微学研究,电子衍射,衍射衬度成像,电子能量损失谱分析及能量过滤成像,X射线能谱分析,原子序数Z-衬度成像等。

             

该设备自2008年7月正式投入使用以来,有效使用机时已超过5000小时,为国家纳米科学中心、化学所、物理所、过程所、北京大学、清华大学、北京邮电大学、北京理工大学、北京化工大学等三十多家科研院所和高校提供了高水平及高效率的技术支撑服务,为各课题组完成973计划、863计划、国家自然科学基金、院工程创新项目等重大课题提供了关键数据,许多研究成果发表在Nature Nanotechnology,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Langmuir,Advanced Materials,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际著名杂志上。

应用案例:

支撑了国家纳米科学中心纳米材料研究室唐志勇研究员课题组所开展的关于纳米粒子自组装的研究,利用扫描透射模式下高角环形暗场成像技术结合X射线能谱技术解决了纳米粒子的元素分布问题,其相关研究结果发表于Nature Nanotechnology 2011, 6, 580-587。
